Refund Policies

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY: Please consider your purchase carefully as waxcoach.com has a strict no return policy 48 hours after the purchase has occurred. Should you reconsider your purchase within 48 hours please send an email to billing@waxcoach.com with your refund request. Note that you must provide a reason for your request and your waxcoach.com username. Please note that PRINCIPAL MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS who have downloaded one or more eBooks will have the non-member rate for each eBook that they have downloaded deducted from their refund.

EBOOK AND/OR OTHER CONTENT DOWNLOAD REFUND POLICY: There is a strict no refund policy once a download has occurred. Our database records all downloads completed as well as the IP of the user, and only one download is allowable for each purchase. Requests for refunds made after a download has occurred will not be considered. If you are not able to download content that you have purchased, contact waxcoach.com and we will grant you access to another download attempt. If you are unable to download the content, or have not made any attempt to download the content, you may send an email to billing@waxcoach.com with your refund request within 48 hours of making the purchase, provided that waxcoach.com determines that you have been unable to download the content successfully. No refunds will be granted after 48 hours.

MEDIA LIST REFUND POLICY: waxcoach.com has a strict no return policy 48 hours after the purchase has occurred. After a media list that you requested has been built and sent to you, no refund will be granted.
